HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

Before we can carry out your free initial feasibility research we require a few details to enable us to keep in contact with you.

 

In the first instance, please send an email or telephone us with the following information:

• The name of an ancestor that was either born, married or died in Scotland along with any dates you may have. The more information you can give, the quicker we can establish a research plan.
• If the report is a gift please let us know when the deadline is.
• Your name, address and contact details.

IMPORTANT - on your initial email to us, please use "Georgian Package Order", or similar, as your subject line.

 

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

We will confirm safe receipt of your order and suggest that we discuss your order on the telephone so that we can build a very clear idea of your objectives and wishes, and also answer any questions you may have.

 

Once we fully understand your requirements we will then conduct some initial research to establish if your desires are feasible.

Assuming the results of our investigation are positive and you are willing to proceed with our plan of action, we will then request a 20% deposit and work will commence at our mutually agreed date.

 

We will keep you regularly updated on progress and do our best to make our journey together as interesting and as exciting as possible.
