I’m delighted to announce a new one-day Scottish genealogy course which
is organised by Scottish Ancestral Trail. The course is held at the ScotlandsPeopleCentre in Edinburgh and includes a tour of the magnificent historic building, a morning of instruction from Yours Truly, and an afternoon of hands-on learning researching the records, with me on hand to guide you. Would you like to know
Who your Scottish ancestors were?
Where they lived?
How they earned a living?
Perhaps you live locally and need a little encouragement to get started, or maybe you will be in the area and have a free day to attend the course and embark on the trail of your Scottish ancestors. To check which dates are still available, contact Lesley at Scottish Ancestral Trail.
Scottish Ancestral Trail are also offering two day Luxury Short Breaks in Edinburgh, where you can spend even more time tracing your Scottish family tree and will be staying at the 4* Apex Waterloo Place Hotel - there are still some places left for the course in August, but they are going fast, so contact Lesley to find out more.
Looking forward to assisting you to retrace your ancestors’ footsteps!

This sounds fascinating. Good luck with this Jo
